Hi all I am also eager to learn this alpha meditation.... but i m feeling that this class which is run by this saligramam center people are too costly for me.... don't you think the fee they are asking for a day is too costly? even if i manage to pay and attend the class means.... will it be worth the money ? because i don't want to waste the amount if that is a normal meditation which got famous by too much publicity.... do i need to call that madam as "guruji"? is that compulsary? i request all I'lites ( those who attended this alpha meditation classes in india) to share your opinions about this class with other I'lites ( those who want to join there). i request you to send your replies as soon as possible so that i can learn this or if you know some other meditation methods please kindly let me know soon. i have to remove the negativity and sadness from my life.
