Good Diet tip To reduce Cholestrol and other bad fats

    boil 1 cup of water with added a pinch of cinnamon powder,reduce to half.drink it daily, very useful tip for lowering cholestrol.

    You can reduce cholesterol by choosing broiled, baked, or boiled food instead of fried foods. In place of saturated fats, use polyunsaturated fats such as corn, cottonseed, safflower, sesame, soybean, and sunflower oils.
    Do keep in mind to drink low fat or skim milk instead of whole milk and remember to eat no more than 4 eggs a week .

    Birch tea favors the elimination of cholesterol from the body.

    hi,
    high cholestrol can be reduced to some extent by following these tips:
    1.use flexseeds daily.add into ceral,salads,chappatti flour etc
    2.put cinnomon into milk,tea,cereal or just drink boiled in water .
    3.eat one orange daily
    4.asian pear also reduced cholestrol.
    5.apple is also good
    6.avacado is very good containing the good fats.
    7.use olive oil or if possible no oil.
    8.eat raw cabbage .

    There are only 2 ways that can increase cholestrol in your body - a) intake of certain diets like egg yolk, beef, etc and b) intake of foods that are high in saturated fat like all dairy products (milk, paneer cheese, butter, yogurt, etc) since sat fat increases the cholestrol in your body. So, if you avoid (or limit) these, automatically cholestrol in your body will drop down.
