hi, i am a mother of a 24 month old. I would like to know what is your toddlers daily food schedule and the quantity they intake every time. I shall use it as a yardstick to see how my daughter is doing. I am confused and I want to know if she is fine or i need to do anything more to catch up. radhika
Radhika, This is my daughter's Schedule. 1.Morning as soon as she wakes up I give her milk -1 glass(with Junior horlicks/Boost) 2.At around 10 in the morning ,Breakfast -2 Idli with curd/Dosai with curd/Oats /Bread/Cereal/Kichadi along with small quantity of banana. 3.At noon 1 Lunch-Daal rice with curry. 4.In the evening you can either give ragi kanji/Juice/milk. My DD didn't like milk so I used to mix milk in ragi or just give the juice. Then after an hour or so I give her fruits(Apple/Pears). 5.Night dinner-Curd rice with curry. 6.Bed time-Milk 1 tumbler.
