hi all,

I take oil bath once in a month only

Cocunut oil -1 cup slightly heat the oil do not overheat it...

After that apply green gram flour + Besan flour + turmeric all over body...

Instead of Cocunut oil you could also use Olive oil...

Massage gently oil all over the body...I do it only on sundays

From Head to toe...It gives refreshment and removes

all pains in our body....For Hair... oil should should applied to root
and leave for 15 to 20 minutes..

Always go for ayurvedic for skin products...

Can any one suggest me the best time to put facepack, So tht we can see the result very well.

Hi Hanu,

You can put a face pack either in the morning (wash your face, apply the pack, and moisturize ur skin, after that dnt use a soap / face wash) and apply ur normal make up
You can also apply in the nite before u go to bed, apply face pack, let it dry, clean it off, and apply a moisturizer and sleep. u can also use a toner after u clean ur face pack.

have u tried dhathri? its good...( since u r from kerala no problem in getting it) i too have a combination skin and i found it good...if u have acne and blemishes biotique's clove oil and wild turmeric face pack is good...but check out for allergies before using as u may be sensitive to herbal ingredients also
