take some ice cubes in a cloth or towel and keep at the cut untill it stops bleeding. I do this for my children first when they get while playing sometimes. recently my daughter pushed my son and he bumped his head with the wall corner edge and was bleeding first i did this and once stopped then applied neosproin cream,next day took to the doctor and he said nothing to worry.
Small belleds will stop on their own. If its a deep cut apply pressure on the cut (that will stop most bleeds) and ice if required. Please do not apply antibiotics to open wounds without checking with your doc - some antibiotic creams are only meant for intact skin. Vanathi.
