hi all urgent help needed.. recently i purchased some gold jewels from saravanas jewellery chennai. but after comin to home & i saw that gold necklace was little faded. looks like not fully gold. but my relatives say saravanas gold is pure. i need info is saravanas gold is pure (916 kdm 22 carat). they hav gud designs compared to grt. in grt also we purchased one necklace. that is more shinning compared to saravanas gold. grt people showed purity of gold also. but saravana stores people didnt showed that. but grt has less designs than saravanas. please advice me if to buy more gold from saravanas or not or else if anyother jewellery shop like tanishq prince lalitha kumaran is good also let me know your feedback
Hi, Even I bought some from Saravana. The tip I got before shopping there was they have 22carat as well as 21carat and 18carat gold ornaments. Some ornaments are not 91.6KDM gold. That's whey their gold prices are much lower compared to Prince and GRT. I checked for the 91.6KDM mark before buying the stuff. I would suggest you take the gold for testing and check the quality. For better quality, I prefer Prince and GRT and Alukkas. Hope this gives you some direction.
It is true.Saravana has more designs than GRT to attract people.I have also bought jewels(smaller ones) from them.Their gold is not pure. I heard that Alukas gold is also not pure.Better go for GRT/Tanishq.
Please go there and return it or atleast ask them to replace with 91.6KDM gold jewels In general saravana stores quality not good @ all... Always opt for tanishq/GRT
hi all thanks for quick reply i checked the seal of 916 kdm in saravana jewels. then only we bought it. let me check purity of gold in some shop... i am plannin to buy some gold soon.. now can i go saravanas or grt or someother shop.. please advice me
