    Hi Friends,

    My score for today 28/01/2010 is 2.3
    Reporting score is 76.4

    Had dosa with chutney at 8:00 am
    Had rice, bhindi curry, vegs, curd at 01:00 pm
    Had appam and 1 cup coffee at 4:30 pm
    Had idiyappam with vegetable stew at 8:00 pm

    I did not have a balanced meal today inspite of having lots of vegs. I was feeling too tired and listless and did overeat a bit.

    Did some walking only

    today my reporting score is 61.6
    score for today is 2.5
    had 3-4 glasses warm water
    b'fast- wheat noodles (small serving)
    munched puffed rice(murmure/marmarmalu)
    lunch- mango dal, leafy veg. stew, bottle gourd curry,curd
    evening- tea
    having cold,so had 3 cups tea today
    dinner- had a little rice(pulihora) with raw veg. salad
