Get in Shape 2010!

    Got a bad headache today. Yesterday's basic yoga class made me feel so good though-hope I feel better and can go for a work out by 5!
    I'm hovering over menopause but feel premenstrual-puffy and painful all over!
    Had whole wheat bread and butter (my comfort food when in pain) and a handful of rice and curds with a cup of cabbage porial).

    Lunch: 1 cup rice with sambar
    Snacks: small piece of cake and tea
    Dinner: 1 cup rice with sambar

    My score for today 27/01/2010 is 2.6

    Had chapathi, vegetables and 1 cup of coffee at 8:30 am
    Had dalia with lots of vegs, curd, veg curry at 12:30 pm
    Had 1 cup coffee at 4:00 pm
    Had fruits at 6:00 pm
    Had wheat dosa and chilli chutney at 8:00 pm

    Did 1 1/2 hr of cardio
