    Hi All,

    P.S - I did log in Desidieter.com and calculated the score for 25th Jan 2010 but could not post the score to IL, here, as there was some problem with my laptop by that time. Apologies for that. Nevertheless, I had noted down the score and posting it today. Today score will be posted seperately.

    Score for Jan 25th 2010 (US Eastern standard Time)

    Reporting score 75.4
    score for today 2.8

    My food today -

    1) I had 6 and 1/2 glasses of water today
    2) Cereal bar of oats and almonds with small cup of milk.
    3) Lunch - rice, tomoato dal, yogurt + 2 servings of salad (with garden vegitables)+pear
    4) Excercise - Walking for 30 mins.
    6) Dinner - 2 cups rice +dal rasam+squash boiled+ yogurt+4 almonds with 2 figs

    Today is Jan 26th 2010 (US Eastern standard Time)

    score for today 2.8

    My food today -

    1) I had 6 and 1/2 glasses of water today
    2) cranberry and Cereal bar of oats with few almonds with small cup of milk.
    3) Lunch - rice, dal, salad with some ranch, yogurt + banana
    4) Excercise - Walking for 35 mins.
    6) Dinner - Idly, coriander chutney + yogurt

    My score for today 26/01/2010 is 2.8
    My reporting score is 71.5


    Had 1 sandwich at 8:00 am
    Had dosa with chilli chutney at 11:00
    Had rice, fish curry, vegs and curd at 01:00 pm
    Had lots of fruits
    Will have dosa and chilli chutney at 8:00 pm.

    Did 1 1/2 hr of weights

    Hi All,

    My score for 26/1/10 is 2.8 and reporting score is 86.6.
    Today I had a samosa i.e. only the stuffing inside the samosa..I discarded the crispy maida covering..which means I ate only the veggies. A small piece of jilebi was consumed today, to compensate that I ate a little lesser quantity during dinner..

    my current BMI 26.7

    First thing in the morning after bath is Meditation ( 20 mins) followed by exercise ( 35 mins) . After this had 1 glass of warm water with Lemon juice added.

    Breakfast: tea with 1 semolina toast , cornflakes with whole milk , 1 bread with cheese slice

    Lunch : vegetable Sambar rice , 1 banana
    Evening snack: Little upma, tea with toast , and little paratha stuffing ( gobbled while making)

    Dinner : Pumpkin(boiled and smashed) , Cantaloupe , 1 aloo paratha , little dal rice

    today my reporting score is 56.8
    score for today is 2.5
    warm water in the morning
    total water intake is about 2 liters
    Bheeshma Ekadashi today,so fasting( not complete fasting)
    had fruits and in the evening after Vishnu sahasranama parayanam in temple,came home and had prasadam-wheat rawa halwa made at home and little pulihora(tamarind rice flavoured with mustard i think)that was given in the temple
    then lastly had buttermilk.
    as i was busy in pooja, i didn't have time for exercises.but had to mop floors and had to clean a big pool of water caused by a water tube leak , i guess that can be regarded as a type of exercise.:)
