    BF: cereals with skimmed milk
    Lunch: 1 cup rice with Rajma curry and curd
    Snacks: Tangerines 4 and some home made chudwa and tea
    Dinner: 2 tbps of curd rice and 1 cup milk
    Walked for 25minutes.

    Thank you for the feedback. You have a point there Stars about water retention during "those" times of the month. I guess for a woman the variation in their weighing scale reading is pretty considerable as compared to men.
