    Breakfast : Onion Potato pohe
    Lunch : 1 Slice Bread with coconut chutney, Daal Wada 5 with tomato Sauce
    Evening : 1 plate Bhel, Tea and Samolina toast 1
    Dinner : Salad Bowl, Home made kaju katri.

    Hi All,

    Today is Jan 24th 2010 (US Eastern standard Time)

    Reporting score 72.6
    score for today 2.6

    My food today -

    1) I had 5 and 1/2 glasses of water today
    2) milk and honey oat cereal
    3) Lunch - vegitable fried rice and one snikers choclate with peanuts
    4) Excercise - Walking for 45 mins.
    6) Dinner - 2 cups rice +squash+eggplant+ one pear+yogurt
