    I just purchased my Private Message feature- Basic. I am not sure how I can give my free subscription to one user I have in mind. How do I make use of the free subscription that came along with my purchase?

    After one year your subscription will be disabled if you will not pay for the next year automatically. When you have paid for 1 year you will be able to use it just for 1 year.

    Thanks for your response. When you click on Paid Subscription there is a msg at the bottom that says "Validity periods marked * indicate that purchasing this subscription is recurring, this means after the period is complete it will automatically be renewed." Though there is no * on the product I purchased, I just want to be doubly sure.

    I sent a PM to "Laxmi" with the username of the member I want to give the free subscription to. But I am still not able to contact that member. Can you help?

    I am not sure who I should contact...I purchased PM to send a message to member, but I am unable to give my free subscription to that member.. Is there anyone who can help?
