Hey Raji,

For attaching the picture in you post you will see a pinch clip like image next to the smiley face in the posting/ reply page...

There is a tool tip, I mean when you place the mouse on top of the images it will tell the functionality... Click the attachement image it will tell you, your upload limit and the types of files that you can upload!!!
