    Dear Madam

Belated Happy and Healthy New Year Greetings to you.
I had Problems with my computer. So delay in giving greetings and fb's.

I made Jiffy Murkuzambu,Puliyogare Powder,Saamaan Podi ,Instant Rasam Powder and Instant Sambar Powder.
All Powders cameout very well in taste. Jiffy Murkuzambu is repeated one. As usual tasted nice.
Puliyogare Powder tasted very well. I have not added Jaggery in this.
Saamaan Podi gave an excellent taste. My kid liked it very much.
Instant sambar and rasam powders are really good. When cooked dhal is not readily available then these powders definitely helps us. Particularly sambar powder we can prepare sambar within 5 mts for idli and dosa.

I would like to bring to your notice how your powders are helping a person who does not know cooking at all and away from home.

10days back my husband went to Angola country. There is no proper indian restaurant at that place and no kitchen appliances at his accommodation place. 4 South Indians are staying there. This is the first time he took rice cooker ,travel kettle and all the above powders along with him. Saamaan Podi and Puliyogare Powder helping them a lot.My husband mixing curd with Jiffy Murkuzambu powder and boiling this mixture in the Travel Kettle. Using this murkuzambu as side dish for readymix rice packets and plain dhal.

He is boiling water first in the kettle and mixing this with the sambar or rasam powder and again boiling the mixture in the travel kettle. Like this they are preparing sambar and rasam.

One small doubt madam. They are staying in A/c Room. The Yogurt available in their place is so sweet. They all could not adjust with that taste. One day they boiled milk in rice cooker and made curd in their room by keeping the vessel in a shelf. But it could not set properly. Can you give them any idea to get correct curd?

Thanks is a simple word but we all are very grateful to you madam.I am very lucky being a member in IL. In this difficult situations your recipes are helping a lot. I tried other recipes also. But i will post my fb separately soon.

    with best regards

    Dear Chidambari,
Great FB! Either your husband is very innovative or you have instructed him very correctly. I do hope, others make note of your tips!!
Ask him towrap the vessel in a shawl & keepinside a cupboard - the curd is likely to set!!
    Thanks a ton!!
    Love,
    Chithra.
