Shifting to Hyderabad / Relocating in Hyderabad - Ask here!!

I am looking for after school programs for my daughter around Raintree park/Malaysian township. Especially swimming, tutoring. Socializing groups for the parents.

could you please share the details. Also, How are the living conditions in the township. Interms of water, maid services, school buses into the township.

planning to relocate to Hyd

hello ladies,
we are planning to relocate to hyd, and i have a big bunch of questions.. if someone could have some time to answer them please

1) my office is in hitech city, how bad would the travel be if we were to take up a place in jubilee hills?

2) if not jubilee, where else can we look up for apartments? DH had some friends in banjara-jubilee area, hence the preference

3) how is the availability of domestic help and nanny services in the city? i have a teeny weeny daughter, and we only plan to relocate once she 6+ months though

4) what is the approximate salary given to full time nannies /maids?

5) what is the approximate rent in the above mentioned areas for a 2 bhk?

 

Hi Poonam, warm welcome to Hyderabad!

Not a big problem traveling from Jubille hills to Hi Tech city, if you use your private vehicle you can reach with in 15 min if not the transport will be good between these areas.

You can search for apartments in near by areas like Madhapur and Whitefield also but Jubille Hills is also near by.

Hmm coming to nanny service and house rents all these areas are too cost but worthy if you are office at Hi Tech.

Other option you can also look at Kukatpally area!

Hyderabad is my hometown and stayed in Banjara Hills till very recently so thought would share my experiences from the place along with Senorita's pointers.

1.From HITECH city to Jubilee hills,in peak hours(9Am-10AM & 6PM-8PM) it might take 30mins but the distance is hardly 5kms else hardly 10mins time.

2.I lived in 3Bedroom apartment in Banjara Hills,if its a rented one,it would be around 30-35K for the same with small play area for kids,gym and 24hrs water and back up facilities,heard Kondapur is also a good place to live in,but little away from the city.

3.Domestic help would be around Rs2000/Rs2500.Am not aware of the Nanny service availabilty,but its safe to hire through trusted family/friends circle.

latha, wow thats high... i was looking to shed not more than 15 -18 k for 2 bhk, coz if we plan to stay there for long, i might as well buy an apartment

 

you may think about miyapur or kondapur then..apt cost will be less <15k with all facilities and is near by hitech city..10-15mins travelling i should say
