hai friends... iam krithi... coming back to dubai with my 1 yr old sweet girl to accompany my hubby again.. wish to have ur guidelines about dubai ( as we r new to that location,previously we were in sharljah)...which area of dubai has studio flats,.. comfortable with aeration ... that too for affordable rates say 40 to 45k per annum... pls seniors kindly guide on it... as iam going to bring my paapu with me iam more worried about staying in studio... but still wat to do... compared with sharjah, dubai cost of living is high know?.. thats y... -expecting ur repies soon.... krithi

hi keerthi, this days the rents r down in dubai and u can get a studio near burjuman, OPC area for 40-45 K. 1 BHK is between 65-75 and nowadays u can bargain too. there is a building full of studio flats with swimm pool etc. in karama near iranian girls school , 2 buildings next to nursery. u can check in there rather than shiftn towrds sharjah. only thing is to check the paper n go n see. rgds ushan
