Myself and my husband are senior citizens nearing 70 years,We lived in Pilani Raj. and now moved to chennai after retirement. Our children are in US.We live in chetpet in front of a hospital. We are not able to tolerate the traffic noise of this place. We are thinking of moving to coimbatore and take a place for rent. We are looking for a quiet place for retired life. Can anybody suggest a place in CBE? Anyone of you have place that you want to rent it? I will appreciate any useful feed back to help us in this regard. Sasi.
Hi aunty, Nice to know that you have decided to come to coimbatore. Hope you know about coimbatore. It is a place even a middle income level man can have a king life. The cost of living is low compared to other places, and ofcourse it dependes to the place you choose. Since you are looking for a quite place i suggest TVS NAGAR,VADAVALLI,MULAI NAGAR,ETC.Since you both are old i suggest you stay in some colony.where you will get help in times of need. Hi You can even try the Thudiyalur area, very good colonies have come up there. Sreevatsa, have built apartments (self contained colonies by Sreevatsa) villas etc. Priamangala promoters also have colonies with villas and apartments. These are quiet places. check them out.
