    I think its the mayil manikam :).
    I love it. It flowers and lasts for just about a single day only.

    Not sure as to what it is known in English.

    Will try to find out.

    hai this is called mayil manikam and it is a very tender creeper.

    I thought trumpet is also part of the morning glory family.

    just tried to verify through the reliable google.. and this is what i have

    Flowering Vines & Climbers @ Mountain Meadow Seeds. it says they are hummingbird vine red of
    (Ipomoea quamoclit) which is again the family of morning glory. i am not a botany student, though.

    I just had an eye on this plant for many days and then took this i would post the pics in the coming week...It covers my grill in the balcony

    I've this plant in my garden. They are shade loving plants. The trumpet shaped flower are pleasant to our eyes. Even I dont know the english name of this plant. I used to tell it as trumpet shaped flowering plant.:)
