yummy fried ice creams, great accompaniment for hot gajjar ka halwa and warm chocolate cakes

 

We can use it in milk shakes and sundaes.It can be served with hot chocolate sauce along with sizzling brownie.YUMMMMMMM.......:cheers

Cindhuja, its the first time I am hearing about fried bananas... do you dip the whole fruit or make it like pazhampori (like banana baji - make slices and dip in batter)???

In Malaysia we have Kopitiam (coffe shop) shop's where they serve us with toast cholacate bread with vanilla ice cream in between. Really nice.. But you have to make sure that vanilla ice cream is well freezed.... :thumbsup

 

I didn't see ur profile just now.. You are from Malaysia so I'm sure you have seen it in Old Town or New town coffe shops as well as Kopitiam

You can get can's of Mango pulp, defrost the vanilla ice cream mix it with the mango pulp then refreeze it... enjoy easy mango ice cream..

 

Me and my husband love this combination: Panchamirtham with vanilla ice cream. I make panchamirtham with bananas, jaggery, honey, little milk and little ghee. mash it up together and have with ice cream
