Hey Manju I'm quite impressed by your point of view and you write really well. we are thinking on the same lines but as you are more mature so you definitely have a higher point of view... I liked Bheja fry too, and i think more such movies should be made. the entertainment was there and it dint have a very big banner... but the movie struck a chord somewhere... the same is the case i like Nagesh kukunoor's movies, he is one guy who knows Cinema and makes wonderful movies in shoe string budget... Rockford was an excellent movie.. in fact hyderabad blues both parts are good... clean and meaningful entertainment. but I totally agree that its the masses who decide, what will work and what not, that is the reason, movies like Swades and Lakshya, arent much talked about and movies like Sivaji and kabhi khushi kabhi gham take the cake... A sad, but true reality... ~Abha
hi ladies have u heard about Satyajit Ray movies? i actually saw one of his movie..... very good. there is no masala in this but his movies were not popular in india. bye and Madhu did u watch dalapathi.... muttu....very good also
Hi Huma, I think it is 'Padayappa' in Tamil not Narasimha. Ramya krishna, soundarya are very good in this movie. ~Punitha hi one of my favourite rajinikant's movie is Narasimha....what a style..ramya khrisnna was acting very good too.
hi ladies thanks punni for correcting my mistake. madhu... i think... u and me r huge fan of the most of rajini's movies take care
Dear friends Managed to see the much hyped movie.I felt that the story was o.k,but could have been presented better. You can watch the movie only for Vivek's comedy. The heroine was awfully dressed and all she did right thru the movie was shake her bottoms.Expected more from A.R.Rahman.settings were not bad.I wonder why all the movies finally do not finish off the story well in the end from where they started in the beginning?
Hello friends, Watched the movie "sivaji" yesterday. We went with a great expectation, for its a shankar- rajni film, but not fulfilled. Looks like a mixture of all his(shankar) successful movies. So we feel a little bit bored in the later half. Vivek's comedy is good to watch. Shreya is used only to fill the song sequence. Songs are nice to see but not to hear. Finally a quote in " anantha vikatan's" review fits exactly to this movie. It is " Rajni proved himself again and better luck for shankar next time". correct?. regards karthiga:wave
Hi friends, I watched "Sivaji" yesterday in Atlanta. It has got all the typical stuff that one can expect from a Rajni film. Vivek and Suman have done a good job. The comedy is good. Music is a let down except for one song - "Sahana". The theme of the film is good too. And funnily all our top politicians in India watched a special screening of the film. The fight scenes can be considered as a seperate comedy track. One guy hurling ten burly fellows into the air. But that's typical Indian heroism! Shriya is beautiful and looks like she is going to have a rolling time in Tollywood and Kollywood. On the whole the movie is an entertainer.
