Any remedy for weakness?

    Hi,

    I am still nursing my 19 month baby and feel very weak during the 1st 3 days of the monthy periods. Any home-made remedy for the same.

    hi Teja,

    i know one tried milk shake which helped my sister u can try, if u don't like milk u can leave and take it without milk--
    3cashewnuts, 3raisins, 3almonds, 3dates, 1 tsp khuskhus, 1inch coconut piece fresh or dry soak all this in water or milk at night grind in mixi and drink if using milk use luke warm milk, if any of the things u don't like or u have allergy u can avoid that. or u can try another 1dry fig(in tamil attikaya) and 2-3 dates, soak separately figs atleast 12hrs and dates 5-6hrs u make milk shake with this and have it in morning definitely u will overcome ur weakness.

    hi thejasree,

    i can give you good home remedies for weakness. here are they -

    1) have one Gooseberry (Nellikai) early morning everyday. it gives you strength and even prevents aging.

    2) you can have Papaya fruit everyday or on alternate days. removes weakness.

    3) you can have dry ginger (sukku) powder everyday in the afternoon directly or mix it with hot water and have.

    4) have vallari leaves powder (available in herbal shops) fried in ghee both morning and evening. keeps you active.

    these are all really good and no side effects.
