    Dearest Chithu,

Weekend was very good.I took rest and cooked good food as well.On saturday i ground batter for adai and had it with mixed veg.kootu and vellam.I can always vouch for your adai recipe. This is the nth time i do it..the aroma of your adai recipe is matchless...and the color was unique :)
Yesday i ground batter for Mallipoo idlis after a long time.. so inikki morning, i had super soft idlis with CT chutney.Very delicious.

BTW, R has prepared Rava Upma with your recipe n he called up to tell it was great. He has also tried your instant Rasam and he liked it so much.
Hes quite busy, so excuse me for sending F.B's on his behalf. He conveys his heartfelt thanks to you chithu :)

    Dear C

At last made Khara Bun. It made for a sumptuos saturday dinner with broccoli soup.

Yesterday ground batters for idli and pessarattu and also made instant poricha kuzhambhu powder. Made green papaya poricha kuzhambu using that. It was a jiffy. But, I need to adjust the water and powder level next time. The powder is extremely handy and is very aromatic( and the bonus is, it cut on coconut :thumbsup )

    Dear Chitvish,

I made vangi baath yesterday. My husband hates brinjals but he loved the dish. The aroma of the freshly ground spices was wonderful. I served it with chips & masala vadai.

The masala vadai is a repeat & comes out perfect every time. It was crispy outside & soft inside & it was a wonderful meal.

Thanks a lot for the lovely recipes.

    Love & Regards,
    Kate.
