Please help to become mentally strong

    Hello friends,

    I need help to become strong more mentally. I get tensed at the smallest and silliest things and worry about it for days together. I dont eat or sleep properly which also affects my health.

    Sitting at home has made me lose all my confidence. I seem to lack the positive frame of mind now. I need to remind myself that i was a brilliant student and a good worker at office.

    My hubby doesnt understand my inner mind and hes totally opposite to what i think and say. Im not involved in any decision making.

    Please help.

    Dear friend,

    PLease do not get disheartened. Consider this time as a valuablegap for you to learn new things.When I used to sit at home in the beginning,I used to think of a concept to browse the internet for, that day. I can understand your situation, but staying at home does not mean that you are not capable of doing good work.Keep your mind engaged with good things always.An idle mind is devil's workshop.Try to do something which would really boost your confidence level like doing some volunteering work,helping somebody etc.It does not mean that only if you work in a corporate,you are successful.Success has different meanings for different people.

    Iam sure this day would be a great day for you.

    You can do volunteer work of your choice ,this way you will make new friends and feel good .You can develop a hobby and be creative.
    Husbands generally do not understand this problem of boredom as their mothers never complained about it and were happy to stay at home.

    first of all..
    don't be idle..
    Please go along with your hobbies..
    I am sure in day to day life you are exposed to many things..
    please meditate and spend 15 minutes every day for self exploring..
    write a dairy and go throught it now and then..
    and if you feel sad say it to someone..if its even personal just write in a peice of paper and tear it into pieces..
    If you feel happy share it..
    speak to your friends often.. that is the best thing to do when you are not in good mood. listen to some nice music. go to some peaceful temple.. do something that you love.. feel happy about it.. enjoy that happiness.boost up yourself feel confident...
