Hi krishnamma, I read your receipes of vadam and vathal. Its really great and wonderful!! I have a dobt in making tomato vadam. What is that u have mentioned tomato puree? Please let me know so that I can try this one at home.
Hi Padmini, 'Tomato Puree ' means Tomato Paste which you will get in small packs. or in small tins. you can use them easily like tomatoes. Where ever you use tomatoes you can use this puree or paste. we used to get them in all stores. In India also now we are getting them. I gave one photo of Tomato puree. please see the picture so that you can search for that. ok? they are pure and no preservatives are added in that. I hope this will help you. or otherwise please feel free to ask me.
Re: Vadam varieties dear madam, can we cover the vadams with another plastic sheet while drying in sun
Re: Vadam varieties ya, you can cover. but it will take time to dry. but you can protect the 'vathal' from dust. ok?
