    Ya, Try them. Really you will feel that they are easy to make and yummy to eat.
    Especially that 'thalir vadam' you can eat raw also. Actually when I prepare them I pray god that it shoud come full round and my son Krishna will pray that it should tare.
    Because which ever is not comming full I used to give that to Krishna to eat.Big Laugh

    Now a days we are getting all the things in shops. But if you make it on your own, you will feel the taste difference and when you see the family members are enjoying our home made dishes, you will feel a great satisfaction. For that satisfaction, you can make more and more dishes and make them happy. You can not explain the satisfaction in words. correct?

    Regarding your quick question, I have not tried that type. you try with small quantity and let us know the result.:thumbsup

    Has anyone tried drying vathal or vadaam in oven? We dont get bright sunshine in our area, its always cold :-( What temperature should we keep in the oven?

    ennoda maid servant maadiyil poy,cooked rice vathal as per ur method panninaal..evening mela maadi poyi parthaal, only plastic sheet mattum thaan irunthathu...kudai vaika maranthu vittal...kakakai ellam tinnu vittadhu.athai enkitta solli ...rendu perum nanna sirichom...:).

    Hi Prakruthi,

    I have not tried that. because we are getting sunlight here.:hide: but I tried Thalir vadam in side the house. you can also try it. hope this will help you to prepare atleast this.
