Initiative to start coffee mornings

All those who are interested in getting together for coffee mornings, visit this thread.

Thank you for stopping by........and I'm happy that you are "in". Let's keep it fortnightly (once in 15 days) or as per what you all suggest............let's discuss about it.

Once we all agree, we'll get started and I'm sure it'll be fun.

I'm waiting for all the others also to come in with their respective suggestions and we can start asap.......thank you.

 

Thanks Aharia but don't just say count me on...........I want all of us to put in our ideas............let's discuss what date and how often and where and whether we should go for pot-pourrie and stuff like that........so, it's not like I'm the main person here, were are all equal shareholders :cheers (with our individual inputs and ideas) and then we go ahead after we decide as per each one's convenience.

Thank you very much........but dear, do give your input and share your ideas to make our coffee mornings exciting.........I would like you and the others help me in setting up a date and give me tips on how often do you gals think we should have this........it's not a one-time event........let's make it a fortnightly or monthly get-together.

Also, the venue...........let's discuss. And also the way it should be organized when it comes to "snacks" with coffee/tea/ whatever. Whether we should go for pot-pourrie (where each one gets one dish of their choice or anything that they wish to) or we have it in a small cafe.......or otherwise. I need more ideas, dear ILites.

For all the ILites, who cannot make it (due to office work), we'll have regualar meets just like the one we had in Capital Garden. But for the ILites who are housewives/homemakers........let's get busy getting together every once in a while and have fun!!!

 

Yeah, Nandini, you are right........therefore we can have some few before summer and resume it after we all come back from vacation.

Gals, c'mon hurry up, therefore! We've got to do it fast.........:thumbsup

 

There you go, Vishy. I was waiting for you to pitch in.........wonderful thought! But I don't want to intimidate the non-readers hence let's do this........initially, (up until the commencement of summer holidays) we'll take it easy on our get-together meets.......let's say get to know one another better, exchange hobbies, etc etc.

We can have games, discussions on various topics, even dance to some music and then after the summer vacations, we'll include the book club morning meets. It's an awesome idea, I would be in for your idea at the very first meet.........but we need inputs from our fellow ILites as well. Let's wait and review some few more suggestions coming in from enthu ILites and then make the final decision.

And hey, this is not my baby..........this is 'our' baby. I would love to have regular meet ups and what better way to get ahead and have fun than coffee mornings, :cheers
