    Dear Chitra,

Thanks to Cheeniya also for his related article. I really like the way you both complement each other. It makes good reading for all us.

    Dear Chithra,
Can you please explain the significance of "Azhagar Aatril irangudhal". I have been thinking that He crossed the Vaigai river to attend His Sister's wedding. If MT was on 29th, that means Kallazhagar is returning to His Abode?
Is there any other significance for the Aatril Irangudhal?
Your explanations will be very valuable for us.

    Regards
    USHA

    Dear Vidya,
I am very happy, you beat me to it.
But orchids in Meenakshi thirukkalyanam, brought a smile or grin on my face !
I can associate my Meenakshi with nothing but Madurai malli.
That lady is Ms Kannan, DI L of late Karumuthu Thiagarajan Chettiar & my sister's friend.
Lovely colourful photos making me nostalgic all over again.
    Thankyou for posting the link.
    Love,
    Chithra.
