using ajinomoto

    Hi IL
    Can anyone tell me whether we can use ajinomoto in cooking since i use it to cook the vegetables fasterwhile making fried rice noodles or pastas.

    Too much Ajino can result in causing wrinkles in your skin prematurly.
    It results in hairfall.
    Sometimes the flavor can make one addicted to it too_One of my aunts even used it while making upma.she was too addicted to it.
    Just a pinch while making noodles is ok.
    But i will not advocate using it otherwise.................

    one small doubt,,,,,,,, bakind soda is different from this right? i mean ajinamotto and baking soda are completely different ??????

    Even i have they same doubt as surya has..I guess they are both different.
    But lets wait till our experts gives a clear picture..

    hey..as far as my knowledge goes I think Ajinomoto & baking soda are different.
    ajinomoto is MSG & baking soda is sodium bicarbonate....I think Im right:)

    I have personally seen the adverse reactions of Ajinomotto on my cousin. She added a little extra to make Chilli Gobi tasty and the next day she had black spots all over her skin and for the next one year she was in diet and medication to get that completely cured. So please try to stay away from MSG.

    msg causes cancer and should be avoided,also Ive heard too much msg is not good for the heart
