    Human Resouces Insitute in Singapore??

I plan to do a course called Graduate diploma in Human Capital Management from SHRI (Singapore Human Resource Institute). The course is for 1 yr and the fees is abt 3500.00 SGD
Is it a good institute?? Are there any better institutes than SHRI???

The main reason is I am not getting a job in HR field as I dont have a valid exprerience or MBA....so I thot of doing a basic course to understand the subject and then start working.

Please share your feedback about SHRI ,APMI (Kaplan universtiy) or any other instiutes that offer training in HR courses for beginners.

    Thanks and Regards,
    Saranya.

    Re: NTUC learning hub?

    Hi Lalitha,

I have a friend who enrolled in a course there. She said it's a good center. It's one of the places I'm considering because I want to take a Dreamweaver course. What course do you plan to do?

    Ladies,

CAn any one tell me about good universities for doing post graduation course in Mechanical / Production engineering lines?

also what is the procedure to join those universities if we have done our PG in India?

Also will we get any financial aid to pursue the studies?

    How about the campus placements?

Sorry for many questions. Your pointers will be very helpful.

    Thanks

Re: Good universities for PGs in Singapore?

    Hi,
the 2 universities for technical courses are NTU( Nanyang technological University) and NUS (National University of singapore)
You can check the website for course details.
They take new applications for the August intake in Jan/Feb. (not sure about the closing date)
You have to submit the application form and some of the courses will have an interview for selection.
I think scholarship is available for international students.
Regarding campus interview, I heard there will be companies recruting. Yet to know about it.
I'm doing my masters from NTU. This is my final semester so waiting to hear some news about the recruitment. will let you know later.

If I have confused you about the details, let me know ok
    Rgds,
    Jinda
