    I would like to make MW coconut burfi...
    once i tried and it came very soft ...
    but i want it to little more crunchy...
    have you posted MW CB receipe...

    Dear Chithra,

    Sorry I did not make myself clear. I am talking about idlis, goan rice cakes which we call 'sanaas' which are similar to idlis but we use sugar and toddy/yeast. Can we make them in saucers or do they have to be made in idli moulds only..

    What you describe sounds similr to Coorg Idli - my recipe. You can make it in round vessels not more than 3" height. But steam for 20-30 mts for thorough cooking.

    Corn Recipes

    Dear chithra mam,

    I tried the curd marinated potato fry it came soo good :) I never thought we can make potato fry like this...

    And in this week's shopping, I spotted some fresh corn, have grabbed a lot for this week.

    Could you please let me know what all recipes i can try with corn,if you can name them I can find out from your recipe list... Thanks :)
