Oh well, don't we all? Just follow the tips in Chithvish's recipe & Krishnamma's recipe columns for some yummy salads.

    Hi everyone,

This is priya. We are here in melbourne for 4 1/2 years. I am also in SE suburbs. All the people in here are really friendly. Especially in our court are really friendly. Some of my indian friends told me that their neighbours are not even saying hello to them but I never experienced that situation. In my point of view, Aus is a very good country to live. Any way ofcourse I miss India verymuch. Sometimes I think I have committed a very big sin and living here without any relations, parents, brother and sister is a punishment for that sin.

    Hi all,:)
I have been in melbourne for about 3years. I am in western suburb.when I came from india 3years ago,I didnot see any indians in this suburb. Most indians especially south indians are in southern suburbs. I feel very lonely and scary sometimes.because,my husband goes to afternoon shift. Now,there are more indians i can see in the plaza.I am very happy to see the indian peoples here.melbourne is a very beautiful city.I like it very much.:thumbsup

    Hi
I never saw this thread for some reason till now.
Lovely to meet you all. I am from Melbourne too.
Lived here for 13+years now and love the city.
Now there are Indians everywhere, but I guess
the majority of them are around South Eastern suburbs.
I am also in the Western suburbs like Jeyasutha.

    Take Care.
