    flat irons

    Dear All,

I stay in India and got a philips hair grooming set for my marriage. There are lots of attachments along with the main shaft. ie,for curling, crimps, straightning. I tried using the straightner on my hair and i could hardly see any effect. Rant

Guess we need to use some serum before using the appliance on the hair?:crazy Also i would like to know the brands available in "India" and where i can buy them.

    eagerly awaiting your reply.:bowdown

    Luv,
    Dolly:)

    re: Hair straightener recommendations

    Hi friends,
Thank you so much for your comments..how much time does it take to straighten..do you apply any heat protection serum. I have medium length hair.

    pswcil,
Even I have been thinking about buying the conair straightener which you mentioned..I read good reviews in amazon..how many passes does it take to straighten one section of hair..does it become out nice in one pass?
I read several good reviews about sedu..but little expensive but worth it I guess..but conair, chi are too tempting!!
Did anyone see the infomercial on Instyler rotating iron for straightening? Has anyone tried it?
Friends, pour in your reviews about hair straighteners!

    Re: want to straight hair

Try trimming your hair every 6 weeks preventing split ends (which cause the rolling), u can also straighten it with a flat iron but i wuldnt recommend that for everyday, use a flat brush after u come out of the shower to detangle your hair

I use the Vidal Sasoon's godess it is so heavenly on my hair, i can see the difference from using this and my remingtion, it has a healthier look to it and the steam helps reduces the damage to it.
