    dear Latha,
Was the roti soft because DH kneaded it?
    OR
    Paneer?/
Try with cheese - it is very good.
Yes, Eno's addition gives a rising effect, but settles down in a minute.
    Love,
    Chithra.

yesterday i saw morphy richards 26 lt otg, with rotisserie, i dont think i would need rotisserie anyway since it wont be convenient to fix it and remove in a small oven, so i will inquire about the one without. Also i have been told that morphy richards service is provided by bajaj in india, they have a tie up. Morphy richards dont have their own service centres. So do u think its rather wiser to buy bajaj instead?

My family's traditional sweet which is an eternal favorite!!

    Hi Mrs.C,

Yesterday night, followed yr recipe of JUST PLAIN mysore pak and like you said, it came out nicely. Though we make this sweet atleast, every year, this time, it had set as soon as transferred into the tray. Immediately, testing was done by all of us and do i have to say that it came out yummy.

Have a query for you-why we are sprinkling sugar on top of it? will it help to set it fast?

    Thanks so much.

    R.

    Dearest Chitra ma'am

You are one of the most wonderful woman whom i always admire...........after my M-I-L
most of my time in IL goes seeing all your recipes with awesome pictures what you post...............wonderful yummy, delicious, my daughters too sit and watch all pictures of those mouth watering dishes......... and they tell me to try all the dishes, i keep telling them i have already spent one year in IL just viewing those recipes..........
now i am planning to start all the recipes one after the other........so my family is going to have a feast................
i have a doubt can i make cakes, biscuits and cooking in wheat flour since my 2nd one is allergic to maida, so i dont buy any bakery items from outside for her................past one week she is pressurising me to make cakes and biscuits at home itself....................and i have only a basic MW is it possible to make all these
