Easy sleep & Easy wake up.

    Dear ones
    SUGGESTIONS PLEASE !
    I PLAN to walk and excercise, but could'nt. Since I sleep very late at night, and I am often disturbed during the night by my 2 yr old kid. I could'nt wake up early in the morning. I can't sleep immediately ,it takes minimum 1 hr for me to enter sleep. Even if i sleep soon, i am unable to wake up early. I don know why ?

    Any tips to Sleep quickly & Wakeup early. ?

    I am not a married girl. if u feel otherwise means sorry.now i am in chennai only. Shifted to chennai from my native. Now 3 yrs has gone. staying in my cousin's house. spend these 3yrs with my relative's house when they are in preganant. My relative is pregnanat at most 6months. after the completion of 1 year for that child i return back to another cousin house to help her(because she is also pregnant). You may think y she conveying her story. But for both the childs 1 year were completed. 1st cousin is always lazy to get up in the earlymoring or morining sick. But her kid gets up early and sleeps before 10 because she practised like that. coming 2 my 2nd cousin she is always a lazy women, she suppose to not sleep in time and for her lazyness her kid also suffering because untime eating and sleeping.She will not give the food in time. eventhough for feeding the milk at any time. i am 10yrs younger than her. i know something abt how to manage a child. But she cant.

    From this wat i am trying to say is kindly make habitual preparation. If you are planning means, planning will not give u 100% result.Try to make effort on this. Make a habit to sleep your child before 9.30. Then try 2 complete ur work within 10.00. Then get up early in the morning. U will def suffer for 10 days after that u wake up without alarm. Habit can make practice.

    If u feel anything fault in my suggestion means kindly forgive me.

    Also you have mentioned that sleep has not coming, the reasons are

    Sleeping in the Mid noon,
    Thinking the past or future when going 2 sleep,
    not taking the fruits or veggie/daily

    These are some of the reasons you have getting the sleep. If you avoid the sleep in the daytime means, you will def get the sleep between 9 to 10 as u waked up early in the morning. I just suggest u but i'm not knowing about what ur habitual practice is. So, if u like my suggestion you may follow it and reply me.

    Dear Orange,

    I have three kids and I always follow a routine in Food and Bed time... Beginning, it will be difficult to cope up with kids as they wake up in between. Once you and your kid got trained with same timing and then it will be easy for both of you.

    Let me give you some suggestions. Don't make your kid to sleep in day time. It makes him active during evening, that's why it makes him to go to bed late in night.

    As, Nithy said, always make a routine time for food and bed time for kid (also for yourself). Not everyone falls asleep immediately when they lay in bed, it depends on body and mine. If you don't get sleep, you can hear some light music in walkman, drink hot milk before going to bed and make your bed time specific and continue the same time all nights. Make alarm to wake up and later you will get up automatically during same time without alarm. This is on my own experience.

    Also, you can take a walk along with your kid outside. You will get fresh air and good exercise by this. Not only you, even your kid will get tired and go to sleep early. Try this and few days you will see the change. All the best !!! :)

    Hi Orage,
    Nice to meet u.
    I read this in one blog this method worked for me but I dont follow it now since I ex in the evening but there is nothing like geting up in moring even I want to restart it bonk
    The method is keep your alarm clock some where far from you so that you need to get up from your bed and walk to swich off the alarm after you switch off immediately go to the washroom wash your face and brush your teeth so that you will be out of your sleeping mode.

    this is really a cool idea.... but i follow strict time management. since i follow my kid also follows.

    I think... your idea is good, but u see i'm.... basically....a "somberi" (U got it!)

    One more problem is i suffer from this killing heal pain "Planter facities" , I find it too difficult from getting out of bed, whether it is early or late.

    U can ask anybody who suffer with this pain. (Can't explain in words.. its horrible)

    Any way thanks for your sugesstions and SORRY for my late reply.
