I have a Preethi mixer and the 3 jars that come with it. Issue is the handles of the jar get loose no matter how much I tighten the screws. It leaves behind 2 holes in the place where it was screwed in making the jars unusable. The replacement jars I have purchased have the same issue. Is there any replacement jar set for Preethi whose handles are molded to the jar itself or without a handle.

They sell 110 Volt appliances in India but to purchase replacement parts they say go to service centers in India.

Dear gamma50g If you had purchased the mixie in Usa or thru amazon online then onus for defect lies with them only. Their terms are clear. They talk strict business. I desired their suggestion as to where one can get it repaired or bur replacement in USA. BUT LIKE parrot they select reply from their ready made table. Considering the time & effort required to follow up etc, to tide over immediate difficulties i would suggest you to buy new one. Regards.
