    @Rihana,

    I am here to nominate the response from @DDream's Personality Changes. We all know how impactful her responses are in general. I am always fascinated how deep her thinking is even if it involves suggesting something to others. That shows a lot of selflessness on her part, in my view. There is so much to learn from her.

    @Rihana - I just happened to read the well broken down post of @RatnaMalliswari Personality Changes and found myself nodding to each point.

    This is something that I’ve to give myself and my kids constant reminders about. Others are fighting battles that we have no idea about.
    I found this was the hardest thing to do with little babies but the most important. Self care is very important and it shouldn’t be at the back burner.

    With @RatnaMalliswari ‘a assurance who wouldn’t feel better.

    These are all spot on. There are many more in the post but I couldn’t quote it in its entirety here.

    I would love to nominate her for FP!

    Thank you for the nominations, Laks. Sorry for the delay in response. Been hosting old friends from India. : ) Long animated late night discussions over Halloween candy and chai's. : )
    Response by @hrastro in House Budget
    A very helpful and neat guide for house budget planning. There are so many items there that we tend to forget we spend money on them. HR's post is helpful for many readers. For me it is a reminder to go check all the annual subscriptions I signed up for in last Thanksgiving!
    Update post by @Sweety2016 in her thread: Parental Support During Child Birth
    The sheer tiredness and sleep deprivation of the new baby days can turn a sane person into the devil incarnate. I still remember being wide awake once and still waking up better-half from a deep sleep as it was his turn to change the diaper and baby did not need feeding.
    @Sweety2016 had a heartfelt update to her own first post:
    "Dad and mom I am so sorry for not understanding you.:( I don't even have the courage to look at their faces and say this."

    Post by @jayasala42 Ma'am: Who Am I?

    We can all identify with the digital travails listed so humorously in the snippet. I was recently creating a password and it had no less than five lines of requirements (uppercase, lowercase, number, special char & what not). The final ignominy was that it gave me a rating of 71% strong password, 65% required strength. : ) I retained my dignity and did not try to improve the 71% score.

    @Rihana,

    I am here to nominate @Thyagarajan Sir's thread Destiny - Is It Inviolable?. He raised an important question that has been debated here for a while now. Even though I have a different view on it, he started a good debate quoting and summarizing various things happened in the history.

    @Rihana

    I am here to nominate @Vidiyal's thread Split The Family Or Bury My Passion. Her passion to become a physician oozes out in every word she expressed in her thread. Besides, her thinking that what she could do to pursue that career without affecting the family much is a height of selfless thinking. This is an example of real-life test for Dharma. One who pursue his/her passion without compromising the duties in life is a Yogi. This is one reason why women are different than men. A man expects the entire family to adapt to the requirement of his career plan whereas a woman is thinking about her career without hurting the career path of her husband and taking into account the needs of her children.

    @Rihana,

    No one is immune to worries and everyone who feels worries play a prominent role in their lives must read this wonderful analysis of @dattaswami's thread How To Overcome Worry. He has used the teachings in our scriptures in a simple and easy to understand language of why worries are not a solution and in fact, it takes us away from the solution.
