How To Rejuvenate Yourself In A Few Steps

    Sorry guys, for not updating here.

    I've joined this 100 days to Christmas challenge since 16th of September and started a few life style changes in accordance to the one that I have proposed in the original post.

    Just that, updating the accountability post (sharing the daily update in the whatapp group where this challenge is followed) keeps me motivated to do this till date.

    Let me also share the updates to motivate each other here:

    IF: 16:10 window
    Instead of eating all the 3 main meals during the 10 hr eating window, I eat 2 meals, either B'fast & Lunch or brunch & dinner. My body is still getting adjusted to the long fasting window. But I drink a lot of water to suppress hunger cues, and I've noticed some improvement with time.

    Walking: 30 minutes
    Minimum 30 minutes of walking daily. If possible go for extended brisk walking. My body is still recovering from a surgery, so I avoid running or walking very fast. But walking still helps.

    Upper body exercise at home: 15 mins
    I do some stretching exercise in the morning

    Low carb diet and portion control:
    I am being very mindful of what I eat. And I replaced nuts and fruits to sugar cravings.
    No fries, no fried items so far

    No sugar:
    I stopped talking my morning coffee, as it falls within the fasting window. Take one date fruit with evening coffee if I feel the need for caffeine. If not, i close the eating window at 7 with a cup of milk/bornvita without sugar.

    Since Ponniyin Selvan became a trend, I've started reading the book at least one chapter a day.

    Fenugreek seeds

    you need company to overcome laziness. Try walk with your pet. A Pomeranian perhaps. This might make you shed inertia / lactic acid and body weight as well.

    You may need to consult about it after & before IUI. Would it be good to walk as a vigorous regimen/exercise and for how long?

    One can write volume . Recommended for temporary weight shedding but soup to be avoided if one is under medication for certain ailments. Cabbage has many types and hundreds of varieties. The red one though it looks like purple seemed to be too good as curry or soup as it contains pigment/ antioxidants. Is it magnesium?
    Expert say “The cabbage soup diet promises quick weight loss, but it's not a sustainable option. Protein and vegetables are a focus, but any weight lost is likely to be gained back. Plus, cutting food groups can lead to nutrient imbalances."

    Noticing my walking in oval park around the lawns, from his second floor balcony Dr P - an MD said to get real gains for fitness and weight maintaining or reduction, lazy walking is no good and i must walk like a soldier walking stiff with arms swinging and it should be to a rhytham. He said Never walk hungry and never walk immediately after breakfast but a stroll after dinner male or female is a must especially if one is on right or wrong side of forty. Talking is not advisable when one walks like a soldier with a goal of weight reduction or maintenance in mind. Listening to music as one walks too must be avoided.

    felt very cared for.
    My sewing machine is the hand machine. THe one you keep it on a table and turn with your hand. Not intended much for business pupose i guess.
    I will check with the docs about how much I can walk after IUI. My 108 pradakshinams is a ritual for me. So maybe either I need to slow down or avoid altogether for a while

    oh my no talking when walking going to be really really hard for my son who wants to talk all about his school things and friends, i do tell him to be quiet for couple of minutes before its 2 minutes he will start talking again,

    ohhhhhooohoooo got out of track for a while with lot of things happening getting busy at work not enough time to start over again.. will be looking forward to start working out from next week so its going to be okay if i gain little bit in the coming next couple of months during festive times hahahaha...
