How To Rejuvenate Yourself In A Few Steps

    weekend comes i feel lazy.. doing this and that in house then finally no walking nothing..
    but started from weekday monday walking, jumping jacks, cycling...
    diet trying to maintain it not eating somuch... but lot of fruits for sweet tooth...

    anyone try the cabbage soup with veggies suppose to help lose weight much easier...???

    I dont even try or attempt to do anything on weekends. I canjust while away the time with youtube and sleeping and chais. I had friends who made plans so I just got along with them.
    By sunday, I even stop picking up calls from these friends.
    I think the easiest of all kinds of exercise is walking. I just walk around, or just stroll around.
    If it helps, look for any running groups in your area, so you can just join them. Sometimes doing it by yourself might not be motivating.
    I heard cabbage soup works, havent tried anything though. just heard.

    not taking any phones is so refreshing.. but cant help it at times..
    no no i dont walk alone... i walk with my 10 yr old son, my almost 2 yr old daughter and my mom... we go as a mini group.... we talk and walk...

    couple of weeks back i attended get together and everyone saying i lost weight :thumbup:.. was happy to listen this after couple of years since my daughter birth i didnt work out the whole year then all of a sudden good weight change... kudos to me... but looking forward to maintain same weight ... dont want to lose so much as i am not that chubby...

    losing weight is always a great feeling. Even more ecstatic if someone observes it. Nothing less than euphoric if they say it out loud too! :D
    On a serious note, congratulations. Healthy weight loss is great!

    feeling lazy.. weather changed started to get cool temperatures and getting dark here earlier, didnt feel like to go out for walking.. have to lift myself up and move on...

    if you are in the US, start looking out for coupons for gyms. If you need to keep at it, try attending group classes so that you will have a shedule for it. Now is the time we start the series of discount coupons. groupons and all that.
    ice skating is a good sport to learn. (I tried and failed miserably). I mean just giving options so you move to work out, because its just going to get colder and colder from now. hot soup, good comforter, warm socks, remote, tv, slight heater ... huhh what else do we need for bliss.

    i am not a gym person thats the problem.. but have to figure out something we have tread mill in the house which i never used atleast need to look into that now..

    all those things to do on cold weather sounds so good.. need to do that atleast once in the coming holidays hopefully...
