I attempted to drape myself based on new knowledge.

I also used the blouse that came with the saree

Since I didn't want to show skin, it seems I now look like Aunty

    1. How do I wear blouse without showing skin and without looking like Aunty

    2. Or do I wear body suits instead? That way I don't have to drape the saree too high on my back

    Please help!!!!!

I took video of attempting to drape myself. Please give critique.

To see the Aunty part, fast forward to about 16 minutes, toward the end of the video.

    I am re-watching the videos

I think my petticoat wasn’t tight enough, hence the Aunty backside bulge in the last video

Aunty ? No way !You look amazing and graceful in that beautiful saree. It suits you nicely ! BTW, looking like an “ aunty “ is not bad too, aunts have their own elegance, don’t they ?

Try watching any of Amala's sarees. I dont think she shows any skin but looks so nice and not really aunty types. (As far as I can see)

Awwww thank you for those sweet sweet words

Of course Aunties have their own elegance (but I’m few decades away from that, LOL!)

    Ok here is latest video

I believe my problem is that the pallu is too loose.

By the way I am wearing only blouse - saree is see through, hence not good for office get-together (maybe Diwali or where there are lot of Desis)

If and only if i decide to wear to office, i am opting for matching body-suit

    Please critique

@SuiDhaaga - Can you explain what you mean by Aunty? I watched your videos but I can’t understand what the issue is. Can you elaborate what you mean?
