If mind is replenished with good thoughts, it facilitates create more humour. அதற்கு மனதில் நல்லெண்ணங்கள் நிறைந்து இருக்க வேண்டும். பொறாமை , கோபம், காழ்ப்புணர்ச்சி முதலானவை நகைச்சுவைக்கு முதல் எதிரி. அவற்றை களைவோம். அவற்றிற்கு நம் வாழ்வில் இடமே இல்லை என்பதை உணர்வோம். செயல்படுவோம். பூர்வ புண்ணியத்தால் கிடைத்த இந்த அரிய மனித வாழ்க்கையை மகிழ்ச்சியாக, களிப்போடு கொண்டாடுவோம். பின் நகைச்சுவைக்கு ஏது பஞ்சம்? மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் இருப்போம்.
