Rahu MahaDasa - Remedies, Slokas for Sufferings

No one is spared by God. Everyone have to answer for their deeds.
There is saying in Tamil 'Ellam Kadandhu Pogum' ie. everything will move on. One day definitely these sufferings will become bygones for you. If you face anything with strong mind it is for sure you will overcome it. Make and prepare yourself to be strong and for God's sake don't brood over it.

Every Tuesday during Rahukala light lamps using lemon in front of Goddess Durga.
Every Saturday Morning make 2 Maalais each with 108 Bilva Leaves (ie 54 sets) first present 1 to Lord Shiva and present 2nd to the God Shaneeswara which is present with Navagrhas and light 9 'Ellu Bhathis'. You do this with confident with strong mind and at any cost don't fear God. After all He is God to protect us and not to finish away us. Be happy and casual as often you use to be.

I am little worried about people are much scare on Rahu Dasa ?????

Defenitely not IL's. Be blessed. Rahu is a planet which takes the power of the sign lord where it is deposited. Rahu will be considred malefic only if it has the afflictions with enemical planet or if posited in malefic signs. Even if Rahu happens to be malefic in the chart, only its antardasa of other dasa will be malefic which varies from 10 months to 3 years in life span.

Once if Lagna lord, Karma lord, and Dharma lord are strong, then Rahu cannot bestow its malefic effect to the native.

And of course, worship of Kaal bairava and Shiva will nullify the malefic effect of Rahu in total in all ways.
Also giving annadhaan to needy people and getting their blessings will also nullify the total malefic results of Rahu. Hope am not a disturbance here... Sorry, if I am.

 

Thank you swamy24598 for your kind information. It is said that Rahu Mahadasha is associated with foreign travel, sudden gains/losses, poor maternal relationship, anger issues and so on and so forth. But many (if not all) who have undergone/undergoing Rahu Mahadasa has/had untold sufferings since Rahu, after all was a demon and acts in mysterious and unconventional ways according to puranic stories.

If you don't mind, COuld you please elaborate about Rahu being malefic when its afflicted with the malefic planet or if deposited in malefic signs? Which planets and signs are these? Also, when you mean affliction, does it also include aspects of Rahu with another malefic planet in another house? Also, would placement of Rahu in particular houses (bhava) in natal charts especially in dustana houses has any effect on the Mahadasa too?

Regarding the methods to nullify Rahu's effects, Rahu Kaal Durga Pooja is usually done to pacify the effects of Rahu since I have heard that Durga is the overlord for Rahu but the worship of Kaal Bhairava and Shiva for Rahu is quite obscure. Would Bhairava Asthami the best time to propitiate Kaal Bhairava to pacify Rahu and are there any specials methods involved like lighting lamps for certain weeks? And how do we propitiate Lord Shiva and when would be the best time? Hope I am not a bother.

In this your thread there are/ were many participants almost sailing in the same boat as you were then.

Many methods suggested practised to ward of the evil effects attributed to in transit planets of Rahu & Saturn.

It was all in the year 2010 -13 that these posts were discussed . Now that many of the participants & you have had gone through this bad period of 7 & half years are bestowed with unforgettable experience must be enriched with newer ideas and newer ways of lookiing at life and its future.

I therefore wish, they discuss their present status in life and the most effective efficacious ways to combat the evil effects of planets vis a vis with their observations and benefits of conducting of Pooja, vrath, lighting lemon ghee lamp, visiting Thirunakkara and Navagraha prathakshanams et al.

 

Rahu, ketu and shani dashas have been very painful for me .. nothing seems to work despite best efforts .. have seen people with good jobs losing them during this dasha..

I keep praying om Sai Ram but Rahu , ketu and shani dashas are painful ..

any experience of any person on this forum here on any prayer or astrological remedies that worked for them during Rahu, ketu or shani dasha

 

some say that hanuman Pooja helps for malefic Shani in horoscope but I do Ram jaap so many times and it’s said that ram japa is equal to praying hanuman so shani effect should reduce but my Saturday’s are mostly the worst of all days in a week
