Help. !!! My elderly relatives went to India for a vacation. They live in the US. But already they are not able to bear the heat and want to come back to USA. But I’m saying they will get tired going back and forth. Is there a nice cool place they can visit to escape the Scorching heat of May!! Help !! I convinced them to stay but now am afraid they will get sick as I remember the tar melting in May !!
I can suggest cheapest coolest two places . One near Bangaluru known as Nandi Hills . The second is Matheron Near Mumbai. One would enjoy the tranquil serene solitude in these laid back hill stations. I speak here from my personal experience not of recent one. Regards.
Every place will have nearby some hill station to go, but all would be crowded I guess. Instead making some changes to home with curtains and indoor plants and closing all doors and windows by 10 am till 5 pm , with AC on, with some diet changes like lot of fruits like water melon, honey dew, satvic meals, they can relax better at that age.

With room AC installed and on even when it’s immensely scorching heat outside in india, it gets really cold in the room in india ( speaking from personal experience that it gets so cold in the room that AC needs to be switched off in few hours ) ———/ So, please invest some money to buy AC in India if u earn in dollars here for Elederly relatives comfort in India
