Dear Chitra Mami , This is the first time i'm writing to you .first of all let me congratulate you on all your efforts you put on the different sections in this forum. i really appreciate all your efforts from the bottom of my heart ! i have been a silent reader so far . My husband is suffering from gastritis (the stage just before ulcer) for the past 1 yr .he has been taking allopathic medicines . but some how the burning sensation and bloating seems to persists. are there any home remedies for this ? Pls give me your suggestions i have been cooking with no red chillies/green chillies -not even sambar powder etc where red chillies may have been used .i use garam masala in some curries - that too very little quantities - can you pls give me any ideas for more receipes ? thanks very much mami for all your help .
