    Hi,
I am looking for dough maker machine for sometime now and can not get my head clear with so many options in the market.
I am looking for devices with
    1. Less space
    2. Budget
    3. I have all sort of blenders at home
So based on that, I am inclining towards nutrimill/bear kind of dough makers.
KitchenAid is my dream but its v expensive and space.
Food processor is also great and multipurpose option but since i have lot of blenders at home ( hand, OTC etc), just for dough, i do not want this big gadget.

Any reviews or suggestions. I am in US.

I would get the Kitchen Aid. I have the stand mixer I bought 20 years ago and it’s still going strong with weekly use. Costco often has good deals on these.

Buy KA . It is best. I have been using for many years. No issues till now. Nothing can beat the durability of KA
Look out for sale price in costco/deal website. I have a very basic model .

this is "refurbished" model for 280$ so not refurbished is easily 300$ :-(
Also do you keep on counter always so shove it away once job done.
I do not have much space and bring in/out everyday is also pain. Sorry I am just check collecting data to know what i am getting into before i spend 500$.
My H does not want to buy dedicated appliance for dough and wants food processor but not me.
I feel, they are not really meant for dough making like Iphone is not really meant for gaming but yes it can provide apps for basic level.
Kneading should be from top. Also dough can get stuck in between blades overtime.

I have a small kitchen so I keep big appliances in a pantry shelf in the basement when not in use. I use the Kitchen Aid once a week to make bread dough and chapati dough (I make and freeze roti for the week) so it’s not too cumbersome this way.
I also got a food processor long ago but I almost never use it. I find it tedious to assemble, chop and then wash all the parts. Instead I have an excellent set of very sharp knives and find it easier just to chop manually. I keep it around because my mom likes it when she visits.

If you male dough in small quantities KA might not work since there is quite bit of space between hook and bottom of bowl . It is heavy wouldn't recommend moving around for daily use. Better to buy something compact which can be kept in countertop

Yes while i was looking at reviews, this is what i found, even though it can be adjusted, it may not work for everyday.
I make dough a lot but do not have problem storing it for longer days. Its hard to knead a lot with hands so these days i have bee n making less, which means more frequently sometimes 2/day :-(
Anyways I am planning to buy something smaller for kitchen space. We bought food processor and it works fine for dough. Though it may not work for larger amounts
