    Slept an average of 6 hours over the past week. Two days to go, then I plan to take a week or two off from tracking. Will be back soon with modified goals, better adapted to the new work schedule and warmer weather.

    Slept better last two days which meant I was in a much better frame of mind. Sleep discipline is the area I need to focus on going forward. My race is coming up and the weather has been lovely of late. Planning for early morning runs at least every other day for the next couple of weeks. Will be back here after my race is done.

    But this tells me, before you finished one challenge you added another! now that's the way you build up!
    Happy running and hope it is a smooth go and finish for you!

    Hesitant to acknowledge this , as i slipped ever since ;)
    but yes i'll be up and about to continue striving to achieve the consistency goal!

    I think I will never post if I wait to do everything the way I want to do them. So, for the tasks with duration, I am going to count even 1 minute as DONE o_O:D:rolleyes:
