Positive Vibe For My Tribe

    Over the last week I was down with fever cold, as I got my Booster shot.
    My friends helped me, by giving fresh hot meals and took my child to their house so I can rest well.
    Good friends are hard to find, pls keep them.
    Many a times I posted my ramblings here, you ladies listened and responded with thoughtful comments..
    I understood one thing whatever you do don't take things to heart @Rihanna thanks, I learnt to say "No"
    @anika @Laks09 @DDream I left my resentment while I help others. I do if I can else don't even think about that.
    I tactfully avoided undesirable conversations too. Feels so controlled and calm.
    The real peace should come within you!
    I learnt a great deal thanks to all IL friends

    It’s awesome to see this post of yours. Thank you for tagging me. I’m honored. It’s so nice when posters come back and give us updates on how posts have helped them. It’s my favorite kind of post.
    I’m glad you found peace and calm. I’m also glad you got the one friend who you can rely on. One friend is enough to fill the void and make us smile. Isn’t it wonderful that she helped take care of your little one so you got some much needed rest? I love such friends!

    Learning to say NO and detaching from negative people are good steps towards mental peace and healing. Also, avoid the urge to explain yourself. Just listening and not taking anything to heart can do wonders. I learned that most of the time people who complains a lot want to be heard and dont need any input. So wasting energy on that can be avoided.
    Whenever you are feeling low, just accept the situation, be grateful for what you have and try to do something to improve the situation etc.. can help our situation a lot.
    Happy that you learned how to be content with what life offers to you. Wishing you a great year ahead.
