    I don't know how time flies! I barely have time to breathe somedays and keep forgetting to post. Thank goodness for these few minutes that I spend for me, I feel rejuvinated and motivated.

    Sept 11 -

    Sun Salutations – done, 12
    Drink 1L of water - done
    Read 10 pages a day – “Eats, Shoots & Leaves”
    Follow a diet – IF > 16 hrs
    Chant for 10 mins/day > 20 mins

    Sept 12 -

    Sun Salutations – done, 12
    Drink 1L of water > 1L done
    Read 10 pages a day – “The Stuff of Thought”
    Follow a diet – IF > 16 hrs
    Chant for 10 mins/day > 50 mins

    Sept 13 -

    Sun Salutations – done, 12
    Drink 1L of water > 1L done
    Read 10 pages a day – “The Stuff of Thought”
    Follow a diet – IF > 16 hrs
    Chant for 10 mins/day > 10 mins

    Thanks doesn't feel enough. It feels so good to see the changes in my weight. And the morning walk has helped so much in calming my mind irrespective of what's happening in my life. I dont know what the connection is but these days I have restricted my replies to harsh comments and don't have the urge to prove my point. Have reached a point where i feel If people don't know my worth in their lives it's their pbm and not mine and I am not going to waste my tears on such people and instead focus on people who value my work and need my help. Can't loose my self respect in the name of love any more. Happiness is not a choice but positivity is. Thanks Thanks Thanks for this thread and all the posters here.

    After procrastinating about this for months and silently trying different versions of this on and off I have now decided on three things that I want to achieve consistency in.

    1: IF with no food at night.
    2: Spend at least 30-60 mins studying for my upcoming test.
    3: Drink 1 liter water at least.

    September 20:
    • 2.5L water done
    • 15 mins of meditation done
    • 55 minutes walk done
    • IF > 16 hours, carbs > 150 gm
    • Piano - 30 minutes
    Between miscellaneous fevers, sore throats and migraines affecting me and the family, last week didn’t go well from a tracking point of view. Kept up with meditation, water and IF and walked on days when I could. Didn’t spend any time on music practice. Back on track from today. Instead of tracking music practice, going to change it to a generic hobby practice. That way I can do a few different things with that time allocation. Also realizing that my workouts have turned almost exclusively into walks. Will try to split it into 2 separate 30 minutes workouts so I can get back to strength/yoga.

    :clap2: This is the spirit observed in many veterans of fellow members and this attitude among many in IL what drives this website.
    But then I wonder why this statement in a journal where participants just log what part of regimen they had followed or and observed on a particular day.

    Sunday was a busy day with yoga, walking, reading, yard work only to realize that I had forgotten my sun salutations just before sleeping. Dragged myself on to the mat and finished them. Some days are like that only!
