Day: 42 of 100 (Saturday) Date: September 11, 2021 Time: 6:33 a.m. to 7:33 a.m. Duration: 10 minutes Experience: Very calm mind achieved soon after the start of the meditation session. This calm mind helps me to think better throughout the day and therefore, it is helpful to meditate and remain calm first thing in the morning. Theme for the meditation continue to be equanimity and find out what trips my mind to reach the extremes of emotions and how to bring it back to neutral state. My thoughts race me to the past and the future and hence when I become an observer, I separate myself from my thoughts resulting in calmer mind.

Day 42: 11-09-2021 : Time :6 pm to 6 10 pm Duration :10mins Experience : I missed the morning ritual of meditation. Had to accommodate Somewhere in between so when I got free I did. It wasn't very great. There were a lot of thoughts racing and distraction too. One was my baby's banging the door continuously. Lol she felt I was angry at her and went to the room and locked the door . Day 43: 11-09-2021 : Time :6 am to 6 10 am Duration :10mins Experience : back to my morning wake up routine of meditation. Felt calm and peaceful to start the day with a focus meditation.
Day 18 Sep 12 7:15-7:30 am Couldn't concentrate on listening to meditation video. Mind was occupied by many thoughts.
Day: 43 of 100 (Sunday) Date: September 12, 2021 Time: 6:24 a.m. to 6:39 a.m. Duration: 15 minutes Experience: In order to concentrate the mind again to remain calmer throughout the duration of the meditation, I decided to mentally recite Gayathri Mantra. Breathing cycle reached rhythmic form quickly. I noticed that mind stopped recitation of the Mantra when it drifted to another thought. It is interesting that the mind had to stop recitation in order to think which explains that the mind can only function from thinking point of view only sequentially. It looks like the mind can let other body parts to function remotely like driving without thinking but it can't do two things at a time by itself.

Time: 7:05 am to 7:20 am Duration: 15 min Experience: Tensed mind, little cold. Relaxed, maybe calm. Time: 11:15 am to 11:30 pm Duration: 15 min Experience: Running thoughts, then some calm Time: 3:14 pm to 3:26 pm Duration: 12 min Experience: Upset by previous events. Quiet, then calm. Interrupted! Time: 8:15 pm to 8:30 pm Duration: 15 min Experience: still upset by things, but taking things in stride. Calmed mind (somewhat)
Day 44: 12-09-2021 : Time :6 am to 6 10 am Duration :10mins Experience : The wake meditatiom feels good. I have chosen focus theme and so far enjoying the series. Day 45: 13-09-2021 : Time :7 am to 7 10 am Duration :10mins Experience : As part of the theme focus day 3 was deep concentration. Every time the mind wanders it's bringing back the mind to the breadth. A couple of thoughts kept coming back. But I was able to concentrate on the breadth.
Day: 44 of 100 (Monday) Date: September 13, 2021 Time: 5:51 a.m. to 6:01 a.m. Duration: 10 minutes Experience: I had a serene experience today with my meditation effort. There was no need to recite anything and the mind entered into the meditation with the expectation that it had to remain calm. It looks like the mind can be trained to focus during meditation by repetitive action and as long as the meditation is done at a specific time schedule.

Managed to calm my mind Time: 5:35 am to 5:50 am Duration: 15 min Experience: Still upset, but less. Managed to calm my mind Time: 9:21 am to 9:36 am Duration: 15 min Experience: Noisy construction outside. Some calm mind. Time: 11:03 am to 11:18 am Duration: 15 min Experience: Having some pains. Had calm for few moments Time: 7:45 pm to 8:00 pm Duration: 15 min Experience: Thunking how much introspection I got since COVID lockdown. Had regrets. Calm mind.
Day 46: 14-09-2021 : Time :5 30am to 5 40 am Duration :10mins Experience : WOKE up like really early as I wanted to catch up on my studies. Took a break in studies in between for meditation. So I started. My mind was wandering but I was pulling my self to ky breadth . Happened only twice. Then I don't into a dream state. Some weird dream. But again I got myself to the breadth. Then I was asleep. Ha ha. Now I know why they dream came.
