    How about your diet?
Try to cut down the portion but within the acceptable limit. Best if you can eat clean, choose healthy stuffs to eat. Reduce sugar, salt and oil.
If interested you can also search for videos on YouTube. There are many simple workouts available for you to do at home. I prefer walking as I have back pain.

I take breakfast like corn flakes or 2 idli or small bowl of oatmeal and a banana.
Then lunch at around 3 I go with small bowl of rice and sambar with a large quantity of vegetables like spinach or cabbage or beans and curd
Night I go with 2 dosa with curd or some upma or bread. This is my routine.
    What do think about this?

This daily 10k idea is very popular. I brought it up with my doc, few years back, pre-corona. She told me walk is 'mild' activity, I may find it pleasant but it doesn't really count as exercise and its better I do moderate exercise for at least 30 minutes few times a week if I really want to lose weight and improve my cardio. That moderate exercise she defined as effortful activity like running, treadmill or gym, which causes sweating and makes my heart rate go up and stay up for a sustained period like at least 20 minutes. If I wanted to do walking only, I was to do it at a long stretch like for at least 90 minutes and include some fast walking or sprints in that time also. Basically she told me there is no shortcut to weight loss and good health. I'll have to put in the time and the sweat. Just passing this on since you asked.
If you have back pain, try to identify the cause. You can do yoga poses separately to stretch out that part every day and soon you will get relief.

    Thanks for sharing 1Sandhya.
Yes, the back issue I have consulted a specialist.
I will slowly try to do brisk walking, maybe start with 20 mins first then slowly increase the duration.

Hi. Stress can also slow down weight loss. Make sure you get enough quality sleep. Please check on YouTube. You will get ideas how to reduce your arms etc.
