    I don't want my heart to entangled
    for the mischief you played

    I don't want to have negativity
    I want to stay with positivity

    I don't want to trust you again
    I just want to live without pain

    I don't want to live vicious life
    I want to have virtuous life

    I don't want live my life with foolishness
    I decided to lead my life with forgiveness

    I doesn't mean you deserve
    It means me to live with peace

    So in other words the person doesn’t get a free pass fir what they have done because they say “sorry”. Whether they mean “sorry” or not.

    When someone hurted you,that damage may not be recovered but why to carry them in mind to make overselveves more hurt, instead forgive them and drop from our mind.There is saying "They are not our cup of tea".

    Hello sir
    Thank you for your reply for poetry.I feel we should not judge him/her let god take care of them,when we don't forgive, their actions or behaviour will haunt in mind.I know sometimes people feel hard to forgive,we may not continue our relationship in same wavelength but atleast we will not feel pain by remembering what happened to us.

    I have different opinion

    Some people are not remorseful. They feel they are superior because they are male and it is their right to treat or mistreat women as they please. My friend realized this and chooses not to reconcile with her ex who shows he is sorry (for purely financial reasons), but actions are opposite.

    Whether we forgive the person or not they don't have the heart to feel sorry.

    Only God can give justice to people. Maybe in this lifetime, maybe in 100 lifetimes, who knows?

    I read another message on IL where someone's Mother was thrown out the house by In-Laws during her pregnancy. The poster never saw the In-Lase get justice from God and others said OP should lead her own life instead of worry about the IL to mis-treated her pregnant Mother.

    But forgiveness is very hard. I guess it would mean to move on and just consider the whole incident as "a bad dream"

    Ratna - I appreciate you reading a post and responding via a poem. Sometimes what cannot be expressed in pages and pages can be elegantly conveyed in simple poetic verses. Especially when the poster herself is an ardent poet on IL! I loved your poetic response and hence the like.
